Vaccaria seeds are actual seeds, and are rumored to improve blood circulation. These come in 4 colors in order to sort of match your skin tone; we'll ask you which one after your order is placed.

All kits are latex free.

Stainless kits have stainless pellets. 24k Gold kits have gold pellets, and some have Swarovski crystals on them so that instead of being nearly invisible, they're sparkly.

Each kit includes charts for the conditions to tell you where to put your Ear Seeds and enough seeds for several applications.
