Reiki is a lovely form of energy work that can be used for many many things. Frequently, we think of it in terms of healing, but it’s far more than that.
One of the ways it helps us heal is by helping us to relax – by relaxing and getting out of the way, our bodies can work better. Another way is by clearing blockages in our own energy field, allowing for the proper flow of energy through our bodies.
I am a certified Reiki Master Teacher, and I would love to introduce you to this wonderful form of energy work.
